What we collect
The request form collects your selected service, name, phone number, optional email address, ZIP code or city, details you provide, contact preference, consent wording, and consent time. We store a one-way hash of the submitting IP address for abuse prevention rather than the address itself. Server logs may briefly contain technical request data.
How we use and share it
We use the information to review your request, prevent abuse, and send an operator alert. With your consent, we may share it with one independent local provider who may contact you by phone, text, or email about the request. We do not share it with a list of providers.
Service providers
DigitalOcean hosts the application and database in the United States. Amazon Simple Email Service carries request alerts. These services process data to operate the site.
Retention and deletion
Lead requests are deleted automatically 180 days after submission. To ask for earlier deletion or a copy of your request, use the request form with the same phone or email and write "privacy request" in the details. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
